When is Roadmap to Billions 2024?

Roadmap to Billions 2024 will take place Thursday, May 16th – Saturday, May 18th, 2024. This year’s event is in-person taking place at the Brooklyn Navy Yard in Brooklyn, NY. Stay tuned for the latest updates by signing up for our newsletter in the footer below.

What type of payment method is accepted?

We accept all forms of major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Options are displayed during ticket check out.

Are different ticket types offered for the conference?

Yes, our conference offers five different ticket types (General Admission [for founders/funders], Tech Professional, VIP, BWTT Swag Bag Bundle, or student tickets) to accommodate you and the experience you’re looking for, including VIP tickets for an upgraded experience. Visit our tickets page for more details.

Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket?

The only refunds that will be given are for founders or students who do not fit the proper requirements. Otherwise, there are no refunds on any passes.

Do I need to be a Black woman in order to attend the conference?
No, this conference is designed for Black women and open to everyone with an open mind and willful heart.
Do I have to be 18+ to attend?
No, Roadmap to Billions does not have any age restrictions. However, the programming we are providing is geared towards individuals in high school or older.
Do you offer student tickets?

Yes, you must register with an .edu email address and show proof of current status.

When will the full schedule and speakers be released?

Our speaker lineup is constantly updated. You can find it posted here. Check back as more speakers are being added daily. Also, be sure to follow BWTT social media accounts to see our speaker announcements.

How do I participate in investor matchmaking?

On the personal information section before you reach the checkout page, you will have the opportunity to indicate your interest in meeting with investors about your scalable startup. Those that indicate their interest in Investor Matchmaking will be emailed closer to the event with details on how to submit a business pitch deck and participate. Already have a business pitch deck ready? After purchasing your ticket, a ticket confirmation page will appear with the proper link to register for Investor Matchmaking and upload your business pitch deck. Only ticket holders can participate in Investor Matchmaking, and participants must be Black women entrepreneurs with a scalable or tech business.

How can I connect with conference partners about job opportunities?
We are collecting resumes to share with partners looking to make new hires from our community. You can submit your resume immediately after purchasing your ticket. A ticket confirmation page will appear with the proper link to submit your resume. If you do not submit your resume through this method, or have already purchased your ticket, you can always send your resume directly to the recruiters you meet at the conference.
Are you still accepting sponsors?
Yes, we are still accepting sponsors for the conference. Please reach out to us at sponsorship@blackwomentalktech.com to discuss open opportunities. For more information, visit our sponsors page.
How do I apply to be a speaker?

Speaker applications are still currently open. If interested, please reach out to speakers@blackwomentalktech.com

Is this event open to the media?
Yes, the media is invited to attend the conference. Please reach out to us at press@blackwomentalktech.com if interested.
Are there any volunteer opportunities at the conference?

Stay tuned as we will announce our volunteer needs as we get closer to the conference.

Will I be able to meet with other attendees?
Yes, we have breakout sessions designed to get you meeting and interacting with other like-minded women and supporters.

Will Roadmap to Billions be recorded?
Yes, the recording will be available for purchase 60 days after the conference.
